Not the biggest buck I've seen, but pretty close.  This is a WA buck.

Not the biggest I've seen, but the widest one I've got pictures of.  This was before I had a DSLR with a nice lens.  They're snaps taken from a Canon GL2 video camera. Washington buck.

No pics but I saw the trashiest monster non-typical I've ever seen just before getting to LaGrande late one night while heading over to Hells Canyon.  He came off the side hill, got to the edge of I-84 and my headlights, then turned back.  Huge.

190-200 class mule deer on the breaks of the snake not too far from Pullman where the CRP meets the Breaks.  the friday before the opening of modern season about 15 years ago.  Even 6 x 6.  kicked him out of a little eyebrow at about 200-250 yards away

150's class whitetail that I missed about 6 years ago on a running shot.

114 5/8 blacktail on my wall.

In 1990, my best firend and I were in college, sharing a trailer and he got a phone call telling us that if we could make it down to Halfway Oregon, his uncle would buy our elk tags.  On the 5th day of the hunt, we spotted what we thought was a raghorn bull elk bedded in some sage.  We split into 2 groups and did a stalk.  My buddies' uncle wound up pushing the "elk" to my buddy and I.
It wasn't an elk.  It was probably the biggest mule deer buck I will ever see. We watched him for about 20 minutes at about 100 yards. I won't guess at a score, since I had no concept of field scoring when I was 18 years old, but I will say this:
He had a perfectly symmetrical 5x5 rack, plus eyeguards.  I used to carry an old .270 Husquavarna with a short 22" barrel, and I know I could have put the rifle inside the rack and not touched either side.  The main beams were as thick as my wrists.
I will never forget that deer as long as I live.

This is the biggest one I have a picture of. From my crappy trail cam. We've seen him a couple of times on the hoof, but never more than a glance of tail and antlers... :bash:

I was chasing a 190" mule during sept 09'. saw him five days in a row but couldn't beat him and his smaller brother who was in the low 150's im guessing. Guessing he was 26-28" wide and believe it or not he lives in washington! Got a 5 x5 two years prior in the same canyon that measured in the 160's. This one was mucho grande! :yike:

Hunting the 2nd Entiat archery season in 2005 I saw my first 200" muley. He was about 100 yrds away and he busted me on a bald knob. When he ran down into the draw he came out on the other side with two other bucks in the 180" range. I just stood there with my jaw on the ground. It was the last day of the hunt :'(

I am 98% I saw this buck 3 years ago when I had a late tag for whitetail. What a stud. I was so depressed after I saw him even though I ended up taking a quality buck the next morning.

I'm about 99.9% sure you didn't see this buck in a GMU with a late whitetail tag  ;)
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
