Elk area 5029 - Toledo

Has anyone hunted it?  I've hunted Coweeman and Stella, but not this area.  Is sounds like the boundaries are Weyerhauser roads (in part), so I assume there is a fair amount of private timber co land.  Is this correct?  Any other access issues?

LOTS OF private land dont apply unless yo have access same a ethel unit very very limited access

I see they've got some youth cow tags there, I was thinking about suggesting it to my hunting partner for his 12 y/o son.
