Nice bear, congratulations! Nothing gets unnoticed by Rasbo in Kapowsin does it? He really knows the layout out their, like it's his own backyard.

Just keep it simple the first time, keep everything ice cold while processing and cook fully.

do you use a separate stuffer or is that an attachment on your grinder? all i have is a grinder with the sausage attachment
