Down 31 pounds!!!!!!!  I've lost 5 and 1/4 inches off my waist since 7 May.  This diet is awesome.  I am doing 4+ miles everyday.  I have my time down from 1 hour and 25 min to 1 hour and 1 min.  I feel awesome!

Keep it up Machias and Carpsniper!!!! I am in the middle of my sixth week and am down 15 pounds.  My coworkers were really razzing me today trying to get me to cave in and eat some junk food but it wouldn't work.  I am feeling fricking awesome.

Well I started the year off with my New years Resolution to not eat any more candy. I noticed I kept getting really shaky, and almost like a dizzy feeling because I ate so much candy. SO I cut it off completely.  :'( I lost 10 lbs the first 2 months and felt really good. About the time I drew out for Bear, i slipped off the candy wagon and started eating it again.  :( I'm back up to where i began, if not more. My wife says I'm really FAT now.  I did hike a ton up on the Bear hunt which felt good, and I am playing indoor soccer 2 times a week. I am going to cut the candy out again, and get back on the wagon...Just as soon as I finish this bag of Twizzlers, and snickers bars, and my M&M's. Then I will get back to LOOSING WEIGHT.  :chuckle: :chuckle: No I'm Serious. I will!!!

If anyone is looking for something a little crazy to break up their training then check this out http://www.warriordash.com/. I will be headed down to this event with a few friends. It would be cool to meet up with a few huntwa members down there as well. Good luck and keep up the training.
