New edition to the safe.  Have yet to get it out to the field and do some shootin.  But that won't be too far off. Thanx to 257 for the help!

270 Weatherby is a great caliber...its so good that its what the Weatherby family all shoots.  What model is that?

I assume that's a Weatherby Mark V? Looks like the Ultralight model. I have the same rifle in 257 Wby Mag its a nice shooter.

GREAT WEAPON!!! My wife shoots a .270 WBY Mark V Syn Stainless. She has taken deer , moose and black bear with hers. She is a regular Annie Oakley when she has an animal in the crosshairs of that gun. You will love shooting that weapon. Every one that I have ever seen has been a tack driver. Good shootig to you my brother, enjoy!!

Bad Ass caliber! :tup: My dad and I both have Ruger #1's in that caliber. I have a Wthby 300 mag too. Can't go wrong with either. :twocents:

Is everyone shooting factory loads????  I haven't heard a bad thing about these guns..  Had some warning about the muzzle break, but if I can't hit em, maybe i can deafen em!
