We had a bunch of folks over for a BBQ and I made Antelope Kabobs, and Venison burger. I got the look of terror from most of the women they were scared to eat it. (damn yuppies!!! but thats another story). Anyways I picked up a rub at the last sportsmans show and it was a very big hit. It's called
Trophy Spice I bought the "all purpose seasoning rub". I sprinkled some into the burgers along with a touch of crushed red pepper and used it on the antelope as well.
