Montana Anterless Group Hunt Last Year?

I seem to recall that there was a group here last year that was putting together a Hunt-Wa group hunt for anterless elk in Montana.  I can't seem to find the original post.  Does anyone remember this and/or have a link to the post?  I would like to know how it went and if something might be in the works for this year but I couldn't remember if folks were buying over the counter leftover tags or applying in the drawing.

I don't recall much about it but I seem to remember it being Wyoming, not Montana. I could be wrong, but maybe try doing a search for Wyoming and maybe you'll come up with something.

Thanks.  I thought it was Montana but you were right, it was Wyoming.  The topic was started in 2008 and is for a hunt this fall (2010)

I think it died a fiery death.  If I remember it correctly it was for an antlerless hunt up around Jackson Hole.  I may be day dreaming about the location but I definitely remember the thread you were talking about.

I remember that thread.  Not sure if anything came of it though.  It was Jackson Hole as I recall.  Maybe it turned brokeback and no one wants to talk about it...
Are the people involved still members here?  Did they start to frequent different "kinds" of sites...

I was in on that. I figured it'd fall through. Too many things can happen in two years. Don't know a thing about the "Brokeback" stuff. Thats why I sleep with a 45 under my pillow.
