Potholes walleye
« on: June 19, 2010, 07:45:04 PM »
Took the boy over to potholes last week. Spent three days camping out on the dunes fishing the mouth of Crab Creek.  Fishing wasn't fast and furious but just enough to keep you going. My dad and I got to watch my son catch his first walleye. Proud papa and grandpa. Great trip. Until he decided to fall in the fire. Literally. He's ok but scared the *censored*e out of grandpa and me.
No mess with Sasquatch,

Looks like the fire burnt the hair off both sides of his head.   :chuckle:

Nice walleyes.  My only walleye caught in WA came out of potholes, 32" and 10 pounds.  It is a fun lake to fish.
