Great Bull!!  While growing up, I used to hunt this area for deer.  I always saw huge elk!  Luckily I also drew this tag. :IBCOOL:  It's my first time hunting this area for elk though.  Quackwhacker, I am also going to be scouting the crap out of that place.  maybe we can collaborate.  Let me know. I already know places I've seen bulls in recent years....   Im pumped!

If some of the archery tag holders want to get together while hunting this year; we're filming our hunt. Maybe we can get a few other hunts on film.

Was up in the unit today saw a few cows and calves.  Saw two other guys that appeared to be scouting/learning the area.  There are still big snow drifts up high.

not sure if you would want to head down to observatory but sounds like a good time to me..

Great tag, used to be the best, to bad WDFW is gonna let the general population hunt in there at the same time this year, hope it's not to big of a zoo for ya.

I wa sup this weekend riding, swa severl cows, a few bulls off in the distance and nice black bear  :drool: Come on bear season.......



(visited some friends up Bethel on sat after noon and sitting in camp having a beer a cinamon bear meandered by there camo.

letmhunt you sure kill some nice bulls, you must be pretty lucky at drawing these tags?? I'm referring to the one in Idaho also, was that a tough one to draw like the WA tag? Yes I'm jealous, I've been trying for 15 years to draw a tag in WA. Again very impressive bulls. :P
