who can help me with trying to locate some elk. Not asking for any honey holes but just a starting point. I drew a cow tag for the dates of dec 10 to dec 31.

You could try the Idaho board of the bowsite.com.  They are mainly bowhunters but all are welcome.  If you ask nicely they might be able to help.
