If you flood it, then knock it down it may be considered baited for the season and is technically off limits to hunting for the season.Grow it, flood it and don't manipulate it and you won't have any issues.

His hunting area sucks, His dad actually runs the place for him his name is Al Erickson, They leave there dekes out all year. It's on the road where they use to board the jail birds to work on the farm. I've grown up in the valley and almost all the waterfoul sucks out here IMO.
