« on: July 23, 2010, 08:35:25 PM »
I just got some goldtip arrows with feathers and bought the waterproofing powder and was wondering if anyone has used it and have any tips.
Thanks

haven't had much luck for very long with waterproofing.  However,  I switched to this quiver with the cover it is perfect for hunting,  slide the arrows out the bottom/side..... holds the arrows quietly also.  http://www.3riversarchery.com/Quivers+Side++Safari+Tuff+Arrowmaster+Quiver_c14_s74_p0_i6205X_product.html

A friend of mine used to use the powder, but I have not seen him use it in a while. :dunno:
I use a sidestalker quiver that covers the flething, and also spray them with "Camp Dry" silicone, seems to work for me...
