100 miles in July
« on: July 24, 2010, 09:26:11 PM »
Did a 6 mile hike tonight in 1 hour and 33 minutes.  That makes 100 miles so far in July.  I set a goal of 130 miles for the month so just a few more to go to make that goal.  What are you doing to get ready for elk season.  Oh by the way I'm down 65 pounds from 7 May.  :):)

Wow it just keeps falling off of you will your hard work. Congrats to you. I bet you feel so much better and have so much more energy. I am working hard at it and will be more than ready when October comes around. I am almost to my goal weight.

Dude, you didn't put a spoiler alert in your title for miles hiked and weight lost :chuckle:

Great job on the weight loss, keep it up.

that's good. Congrats man. 65 pounds in that short of time is great. So far i have been lifting weights a few hours a day and jogging a couple miles a day. Pretty much the same stuff i did my senior year of high school a few years ago when i was in the best shape of my life.
