always in shape, sorry but doing some exercise 3 mo before the season is almost pointless, takes some time to build up your cardio level.
That is too cool Machias... I hope you are preparing yourself mentally for maintaining the great work you've done.... I've seen too many people yo-yo back and forth with weight... I wish there was a simple answer, but fact is...well...there is... It takes unreal will power and Lots of hard work...Good Luck Bud! Keep it up!(myself... I could stand to lose a solid 15-20....)
