Bear Skull
« on: March 09, 2008, 08:33:45 PM »
Here is Longtats toothless Bear Skull.  Pulled it out of the degreeser for a few quick pic.  Will put the teeth back in after it has been whitened.

The word Im hearing is that the bear is extremely old and the teeth probably fell out and the spaces grew over...  which means the missing teeth and no holes is a sign of extreme age and therefore amazing that I was able to kill a bear that has eluded so many public land hunters for so long...

I mean, 70-90 years...who knows!

Thats my story and Im sticking to it....lol

So whats left to do?

It's back in the degreeser.  It has probably got 3 - 4 more weeks of that.  Than I will whiten it.  Let it dry a few days and put it back together.  Usually use Zap a gap when I put it back together.  Than I will put a seal coat on it.

I've got the dentures on order right now and they should be in any day! :IBCOOL:

Oh stop it Longtat, lets face it, you got "Mumbley" and he was a cartoon actor from around 1976 or so, I remember watching on Saturday mornings.

Lets see if anyone see a resemblance :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle:
