Yeah i agree thats why i didnt shoot. I know a bunch of guys at work say they would have shot, but thats just not my style. It wasnt a life or death situation and I'm not doing it out of nessecity to put food on the table immediately.  I was catching grief this morning when i told them but in the end i know it was the right thing to do and it wouldnt have brought me any satisfaction downing a youngin like that. The big game gods can kindly repay me by getting this bruiser i've been tracking to present me with a broadside shot by the end of this weekend !!    :kneel:

was thinking of going home and grabbing the bow,but man he's only 150 to 175 pounds.Probally 3 or 4 years old.

I have shot a few that size that were between 5 and 14 years old. I say shoot.

I shot a 22 yr old sow that size....those are average size bears nuttin to be ashamed of foresure...bear down sounds a lot better than tag soup
