I love the slick trick, 100 gr. For the money they can't be beat, maybe tied. They fly very well and cause a lot of damage.

well 100g is the most common weight by far. i shoot anywere from a 75g head to 180 grain head. the normal hunting arrow i shoot is tipped with, a montec 125g head. i like them because they are solid hit hard won't lose or break blades off "very easy ;)" and they shoot like my field points. there are lots of good ones out there. shuttle t's are good-striker-innerloc etc

Magnus Buzzcut four blade in 125gr.  Complete pass through on whitetail, Mulie, Bear, and Elk.  Great blood trail, although none of the animals I've shot with this broadhead have gone farther than 30 yards.  The last Elk I shot took three steps, stood there a few seconds and tehn fell over in his tracks.  i shoot my bow at 76 pounds, so this is the primary reason I use the heavier version.  if you use the right spine shafts, I think it stabilizes the arrow faster too.  These also shoot the same point of impact as my field points.

Good luck, Ed

I am shooting the F-15's this year.  They fly exactly like my field points and have the extra bleeder blades.
Check out his you tube video .....

BROADHEAD TEST

This will be my first year so we will see how they do!   :twocents: :twocents:

I'm using 100gr SaberMax. http://www.ospsabermaxx.com/archery.asp

Flies the same as field points and leaves one hell of a bloodtrail...a short bloodtrail! ;)

The best broadhead out there is the one that you practice with and 1) flies well with your setup and 2) is sharper than hell to make a clean humane kill.  Having said that I've gotten good results with Triton Wac'em's, Shuttle T-Locks, and my current broadheads NAP Hell Razors.  There are a ton of good broadheads out there, make sure you keep those broadheads sharp!
