Man thats like asking a guy to test drive his wife. :P
Try asking for AREAS you can go scout yourself and you will get help, tips and probably an invite to hunt.
Asking for SPOTS = taboo.

By the way.....................thank you for your service.

.
Lord forgive me for I shoot hens

Hey! No test drives.  You take her out, You keep her!!

Thank You for your Service.  Ft. Lewis was my first Duty Station, don't like that Joint Base stink..

Get your self some Forest Service maps to start with, gotta have'em to hunt Forest Service land now anyways (for anyone that hasn't seen that yet, gotta have a ?? Motor Vehicle Use Road Map if you're stopped) add the GMU maps from the Rule Book.

Give me an idea of how far you're willing to travel, what you're after and I'll try to help with Navigation..

Be more than happy to help you.  Unfortunately, I live in eastern Washington.  I can give you GPS co-ordinates of good waterfowl sites.

I am not sure how to send personal messages on this site.

Biggest bull elk I've ever seen on this side of the mountains was on Ft. Lewis crossing the Roy cut off road 2 miles towards Spanaway from the East Gate on the big curves. I almost craped my pants.  He was huge.

I did figure out how to send you a personal message.  My contact info is in the message.

I am in Wenatchee so most of my spots are in the Columbia Basin.  But after hunting it for 30 years I believe I can highlight some spots for you.

I'm stationed out here as well. There are some good spots on the base but it becomes a real hassle calling in to the adventure center. My buddies and I bought kayaks, I bought a marsh rat but similar concept and we hunted the sound. There is a great deal of birds out there and it is a lot of fun hunting the salt water.
If you have any specific questions, hit me up with a PM
