The Legal One
« on: August 28, 2010, 08:50:54 AM »
Kinda depressing really.  I saw the big guy a couple years, and I am certain he didn't make it through the winter.  He was hurting already.  An absolute old warrior.   He probably just went to sleep one wintery night.   Screw the wolves, the coyotes, the cats, the poachers.  The elements probably claimed this old warrior.   I didn't get to spend much time in the area in the spring, so no I didn't find his skull.   It was anticlimatic from the kind of animal I am sure he was.....so before you all want to talk about him spreading bad genetics, save your breath.

That last pic really says it all.  He looks like he has been through some tough battles.
Hunting and Fishing are not matters of life or death... THEY ARE WAY MORE IMPORTANT!!!
