Being a nice guy
« on: September 01, 2010, 09:03:29 PM »
Well I know a guy that got a anybull tag for my hunting area. When I've been out I've see a nice bull and know it's pattern so I'm going to try and get him on the bull next week. I have learned that when you help others it seems to get back to you later so I was think what's it going to hurt to put him on a animal I can't hunt. He seems excited about it and has been in the area and seen sign and found a 5pt shed.

I like to think doing the kind of stuff you are brings good luck.  That's why I always check on people broken down way out of town and carry a little extra in the way of snacks and stuff...."We've been broken down here for hours and the kids are....."

Must work, I've never broken down more than 4 miles from home :chuckle:

You ought to be looking forward to some great eating

Thanks guys. I really believe people should be more selfless and I know they won't get that way without seeing that some people are.

Yes, it will come back to you two fold.  My buddies and I have a couple Bulls moving around our cams too, and none of us have Bull tags for Rim Rock.  But, I did get a PM from another guy who has a bull tag in their party.  We exchanged camp locations and phone numbers and are going to get together in the field to discuss him hunting one of the bulls.

Good Luck to everyone out there!!!
