Bulls are bugling, fighting, and chasing the cows

Tonight I went out and watched some elk. I started off watching a bull that I called Gigantor last year chasing a cow all over the place. The cows tonight were extremely vocal for about 15 minutes then quieted down. I then watched two different sets of 6 by's going at it. Then I ended up seeing an 8 by 6, yes that's right an 8 by 6 strutting in all his grandeur. Shortly after this Gigantor and the 8 by 6 starting battling it out. Gigantor was besting the 8 by 6. My heart can't take much more of this, please Sept 7th come soon!
