According to state officials;

The regs are written in 5th grade language :chuckle:

It would be easier to understand in Russian. :chuckle:

The big change that got me is that it used to be for unlisted waters, state regs applied.  Now, for unlisted waters it is CLOSED TO FISHING.  Sounds like Russia to me.  Doesn't take a fifth grader to tell that that is f'ed up, especially for anyone that likes to play in little backwoods beaver ponds and such.

The constant double talk and nonsensical stringing together of facts and completely unintuitive organization...Sounds like an insult to most of the fifth graders in my experience.

I'm guessing in a few more years when they finally outlaw hooks....We will have to come up with some new ideas.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

that's only for puget sound tributaries(for now).  supposedly to help wild salmon and steelhead, but i get the message that F&W doesn't want to spend the money figuring out what little streams actually have populations of fish worth protecting in them, so they just close them all.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun
