I went out and shot the muzzy last night through the Knight Bighorn..100 gr 777 pellets, RWS #11 Cap, .300 gr Hornady SST Lock and Load Sabot...I recovered two slugs they looked just like the pic I submitted above.  Not sure why yours separated. 
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

I was with my friend yesterday and he dropped a mule deer in its tracks with the 300 grain hornaday SST. He shot it through the front legs it never got up but it took a few minutes for it to die. the bullet went clean through so we didn't recover it all. He was only about 30 - 40 yards away. Another friend shot a mulie with the platinum powerbelt and he double lunged it and it still ran normal looking for 100 yards and then dropped over. On a side note anyone have any favorite loads for a .50 knight bighorn?
