I'm trying to get out this coming weekend to get on the high buck hunt. does anyone have recommendations on where to go. i don't have much time to spend out there maybe a two day trip and want to maximize my chances.

Welcome!

In the open wilderness units (not the outskirts), high, out of the thick timber and brush.

Tough hunt; put your time in and your persistence will create opportunity with a little luck.  Remember this is Washington..., scouting, scouring topo's, digging into other posts and threads, boot leather, trial and error...got to earn it on this public land hunt.... ;)
