OR bull
« on: September 24, 2010, 11:48:02 AM »
I poached these from another site... oops.

Just had to share, This guy got a great tag, and went about it pretty much solo. Gotta have a lot of respect for this guy. Great bull too.

Just guessing but I bet he appreciates it more than anyone who's ever been guided to a great bull.

Not talking crap about guides or guided hunts, just saying that it's soooooo much more satisfying to do it solo.

"2010 Oregon bull killed on the Raffle Govenors tag. 100% did it myself. Closest thing I had to a guide was a buddy from the Klamath Falls who pointed to a couple spots on a map and said give these a try. I do not know what he scores and am not having him scored. To me he is a huge bull and I feel very lucky to have been able to kill one such as him. Enjoy!"

Awesome looking bull!    Sounds like a great hunter as well! Dont know how much he payed for the tag but if he could careless about the score then that speaks volume to me about where his heart is. Especially if he paid $25K to $50K for the tag.

It was a raffle tag, I get the feeling he was just some guy that likes to hunt. :)

That's a great bull  nice job!  Pathfinder I heard that this bull was in a life or death fight with one of those rabid Sasquatches when the hunter came across him  :dunno:
