Noob question here...

Are the Ruger 77/50 and Remington 700ML (both now discontinued) legal in WA?  Are they "exposed to the elements"?

both should be legal with the conversion kits to make them shoot the 11 or musket caps instead of the 209 primer which is not legal here.
