Yup.  Still got a Montana tag in my pocket... counting on that one... ;)

Sorry Mich.  My buddy and I both tagged out in Montana, but we both decided to get our bucks mounted.  On the other hand, I just realized that I need a good taxidermist... ;)

Michelle,

I've been putting out the word to my fellow tribal hunters about the demand for Roosevelt elk and blacktail deer capes for taxidermy work.  I see quite a few capes from mature animals go to waste every year.  My questions is, can you take capes from animals harvested on tribal tags and if so what do you require to make sure that you're legal in possessing the capes? Tribal transport permit? copy of tag?

Will you trade capes for lessons? :)
