HUGE Saskatchewan Muley

Has anyone else seen this floating around? Recieved it in an e-mail a few days ago but have not seen or heard anything else about it.

I guess I might have shot that thing on the last day to get some meat in the freezer.  Probably would've gave it a couple of more years to grow, though.

Or I would've saw it, had a coronary infarction, and had to get medvac'd out of the area.  Whatever.

Yep, and he was hunting it during modern firearm with only a white dress shirt and no orange.  Just took his sports jacket and tie off for the picture.

I just recieved a picture on my desk of this buck from a different angle. The vendor who dropped it off told my inside salesman that it was a friend of his. I will follow up with a phone call and find out whats up. They are all serious Mule deer guys who hit several states a year.

I think this deer was killed in Alberta.   However, if it was killed in SASK, your buddy's friend would have to be a resident of the province as no Non-residents can hunt mule deer - period!

Alberta, on the other hand, is open to NR hunting - in fact, we have a 214" buck on the wall from that province from a few year ago  ;)

It's been on here twice. On MM there's several pic's of this thing from alive in the field to multiple shots of the dead buck.

And I'm pretty sure JJ's right about it being Alberta.

If you'd been born there, you'd be CANADIAN. Yuck. Much better to be American and just travel there. :twocents:
