Cold Weather

Will the belowe freezing weather affect camers from working ?. I checked on all of my cam's today. Last time I pulled the cards I also put out new bait. Today when I got to the site's..  All the hay had been gone through pretty good...  but every camera only had 3 pictur's a piece on them....  All were me walking up to the camera. ..  Has me baffled
