Congrats on your 1st one Stevo  :brew:  You will remember this one for many many years!  Meat does not taste bad either!?

I too got my first Bull, a 5X4, with my bow at roughly 28 yds  4.5 mi in the Goat Rocks  16yrs ago tho  :chuckle:

Right on! I've got one with red antlers too. Alder bull I believe. Rubbing on fir gives them that dark almost black antlers (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). Congrats.

Yeah, there's a lot of alders in the area.  It is a really pretty color.

I just started working on the skull today.  I forgot how big these creatures really are.
