are stuffers legal in wasington state

I have seen people using stuffers on some huting shows Mainly goose are they legal to use in washington state.  what about duck stuffers.

Why wouldn't they be legal. I've hunted with a guide over them in the ML area a couple of times. If Ben is using them they are legal.

They are legal.  I used to use stuffer geese, they just don't last very long on the west side with all the rain.
