These stories are increasing as the days and months go by, same scenario,  Informant tells the FBI of a dirty low life wanting to blow something up and the FBI sells inert demo.  Question, what if one of these times the bad guy is onto the informant and the FBI and unbeknown to them the dirty low life gets the real stuff somewhere else and actually does blow something up.  All the hollywood antics wouldn't be so hollywood now would it.

Just arrest the dirty low life after the inert demo is purchased :bash:sed.

It sounds like the FBI had to give the terrorist enough rope to hang himself, knowing that an arrest too early would make it less likely (after the American Criminal Liberties Union--ACLU stepped in) to get a significant conviction. They gathered enough evidence to prove conspiracy and intent to cause mass casualties. Too bad the scumbag didn't give enough cause to justify an immediate bullet to the head.

Convict and public hanging.  Still to good for the scum.  >:( >:(
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Personally, I am all for public hangings. He should be one of em. He looks like a cry baby if you ask me.

Oh, let the libs take care of him.............not! Make the the SOB pay for it by chopping his hands off, then tying a bomb to his ass and pulling the pin. Just think how much that's going to cost us to feed, house and give medical care to that POS.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I would like to think the FBI would have him under such close surveillance they'd get him after buying/making real material. I'm sure they plan for that.

Anyone hear Ron Whites routine on the Heinous Crimes Act?  3 or more witnesses you get no appeals, you go to the front of the line.

I say this guy gets an expedited trial and a faster trip to a cold muddy prison yard for a barrage of .30cal.

Judging by our poll results, we are a pretty tough crowd!  Criminals better hope we all don't end up on a jury together.
Live a good, honorable life.. Then when you get older and think back, you'll enjoy it a second time.

This is why I miss hearing my grandpas and dad talking about the good old days when you could get *censored* done as a cop and didn't have to worry about liberals.
