Awesome photo and great write up Scott. Nice looking cat, I might have pulled the trigger on that one the way WA has the permit system set up, good on you for holding out for what you want! Did you get a chance to run that male pup? If so, how did he do? Is he ready to be a lead dog yet?

MulehunterDude...you've still accomplished a lot this hunt. If a 140# lion makes you happy then fire away. Congrats on an awesome hunt regardless of how it works out.
Scott, Just wanted to say your persistence and dedication is phenomenal. Been reading this thread everday hoping you tree the big one. Also want to say if you do bag a 120# it would still be a experience that will last a lifetime and a fine trophy.
I've got a good feeling with all this snow were getting, it's going to be mulehunters time to shine.....if that sled is up and running! Anyhow, Best of luck getting that big ole tom. Some of the best cats I've ever seen didn't weigh squat, but had melons that were incredible. After all, the head is the main attraction on the wall, right??
Hey Mulehunter, I have not been on here much lately and didn't have time to read all your pages here but it looks like you are having a good time. I wanted to let you know that we have been getting snow over at Colville, so I imagine it's snowing in the OKanagan. Hope you have luck over Xmas, Brian called the hotline and it sounds like only a few cats are left on your quota. Good luck, hope you tree that big one that you want.Dale
