Yep, that is gonna taste way better than my tag steak even after i hang it in the cooler to age and marinate it before I crock pot cook it.   Good venison veal right there.

 My 8yo is really into big bucks. He hunted hard with me for two days. On the last day I told him I was shooting the first legal deer I could. He opted to stay home. When I brought my doe home he was not even interested in looking at it. Of course the 4yo loved it and wanted to eat some meat that stayed on the hide.
