hUNTING COYOTES IN RAIN?

So its suppose to rain all tomorrow and wondering if im just going to be waisting my time trying to hunt coyotes.

I wouldn't hunt coyotes in heavy rain like what we are having right now. I don't know if it would be impossible to call one in, but I think it sure wouldn't be very productive. It's hard enough as it is, I'd wait for better conditions.

This morning wasn't bad though. I would have gone out and hunted the first couple hours this morning before the rain really got heavy.

Wife told me once....some folks on the internet told here you couldn't hunt bear in the rain, laughed and took the boys out anyway, saw our first bear in less than 30 minutes.

I see just as many animals in the rain as nice days and Im usually the only one out which is nice.  I will usually go out no matter what just to get the exercise if nothing else.  Had a shot at a doe but didnt take it because the blood trail would be washed away within minutes with how hard it started raining.  I should have went predator hunting instead.

i love hunting in the rain, some of my best hunting has been in the rain....but that could just be luck too :)
