I had the same thing happen with a boat, minus the fact that the guy selling the boat said that there were no leaks, and the boat was in great shape. We did all the negotiation over the phone, and I told him if the boats what he is saying he has a deal, luckly for me he drove to my work where i found the chines on the bottom had chucks broken off the front, there were loose rivits, and the floor had rot in three spots. I asked him why he didn't tell me about the leaks from the chines and rivits, and he told me, well that's what the bilge pump is for..... Sorry dude.. no deal, thanks for wastin your gas and not mine...... Made me sad though cause I really wanna catch some blackmouth....
