Taking the GF out...Lake Terrell
« on: December 28, 2010, 10:03:08 AM »
We are staying at a house on sandy point this coming weekend. A buddy and I were thinking about taking the girlfriends out hunting with us, figured Terrell would be a good start since they could be in the pit blind.

How is it right now?

Everyday is different.  If you have a good wind on the bay and the upcoming cold temperatures it could be a good shoot.  The ticket is lots of wind on the salt, to break up the rafts of birds.  Cold temp also helps as it gets the birds feeding more frequently.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
