Im looking for a good keilbasa recipe to do in my Bradley smoker.  I have about 20 pounds of scaps to use.  thanx

do a search for papa poli's polish kielbasa recipe it is a great recipe i cant figure out how to post it it is a pdf file and i cannot copy and paste it so look it up
