Books or Videos for taxidermy hobby

I was just wondering what you guys would suggest for someone that was looking into tanning or taxidermy to be one of their hobbies. Where would I find really well informative videos, DVDs, or books that would help out a beginner?

There are great videos available from just about every major supplier. Look at Research mannikin's.McKenzie Supply and Vandyke supply, Each has a video library and some are ex cellant for the beginner. I suggest any Stephen Savides video for birds. and Phil Helmes for deer and Bruce Rittle for tanning but these are just a few that are available.
Look a the copyright date of any printed material to make sure your not using antiquated methods.
I recommend the same companies for supplies as well.

Biginner... Your in Tri cities so if you want to stop by I'd be glad to share some videos with you. I'll be at Wholesale sports in Late Feb doing a Safari seminar if you want to meet up.

Thanks for the suggestions. Does anyone subscribe to TaxidermyTube and is it worth the money? Is it a good beginners website for videos?

My first sugestion is to sign up on
www.taxidermy.net
Brows all the different categories. Ask questions if you see or read something you do not understand. There is a welth of infomation on there to tap into. Like any Forum there are reliable sources of information and there are idiots that think they know more than they do. You spend enough time on there you should be able to week the hacks out.
So far some of the most informative videos I have found have come from Reasurch and McKenzie Taxidermy Supply. Both of these companies have web sites.
