which types of choke tubes are best for duck geese hunting?

It really depends on the length of your shots, what type of shells you are shooting, what type of gun, your experience in shooting... For me, I switch between two chokes depending on where I hunt. One place I like my stock modified choke because the ducks come in somewhat close and another spot I have some longer shots so I shoot an after market modified that lets me reach out a little farther. Pattern your gun, try different set ups and see what works best for you.

I use the carlson black cloud mid range. and a stock modified. Like stated it depends on how far you are wanting to shoot. But remember having a full choke does not mean that you extend your range, always take shots that you are comfortable with.

i shoot remington nitro steel shot out of a remington 11-87 semi auto shotgun it has the factory modified choke

Factory IC from my benelli 98% of the time, havent even put the mod in this year, used the skeet choke twice, but its 30 yards max with that, IC is good to 45 yards for me. And doesnt tear em up at 15 to 20 yards either.

Save some money and stick with your factory modified.

I have shot some high $ choke tubes and for difference stick with a good modified choke. Unless you are after thunder chickens :IBCOOL:
