Hello Everyone

After work tonight I decided to smoke up some pork steaks for dinner I used Billy Bones Tripple Cherry rub on these and smoked them using hickory they turned out Awesome

happyness is a full smoker

Looks great Huey, what temp did you smoke them at, and how long did it take?  I'm on my way over to give them a taste. :chuckle:  John

John it took an hour and a half the temp was around 250 finish temp was 160
happyness is a full smoker
