Hello Everyone

After work tonight I decided to smoke up some pork steaks for dinner I used Billy Bones Tripple Cherry rub on these and smoked them using hickory they turned out Awesome

Looks great Huey, what temp did you smoke them at, and how long did it take? I'm on my way over to give them a taste.

John it took an hour and a half the temp was around 250 finish temp was 160
