 I don't think the animals have it too rough right now, at least where I have been going. Hell, there is green grass coming up, even on some of the north slopes.

Its to early for me, I will wait untill the elk shed its better for the animals to not push them off there wintering grounds, deer and elk will drop there antlers we will still find them.

 :yeah:  :tung: :chuckle: :chuckle: I went out 2 weeks ago and walked through about a 15 year old reprod patch for about 2 hours thinking they couldn't walk through that thick mess with out knocking their horns off.... I was wrong!  :'( Then when to a stand of mature timber for about 3 hours... wading hip high in ferns was not productive... :tung:

I'm at 10 with 1 matched set. All whitetail. Havnt gotten to hit anywhere with large numbers of deer.
