Well guys I pulled the trigger and got it done. Got a great deal and could not resist!

The rod: Lamiglas BFC 70 H 7', 20-50 fast action, power HEAVY :IBCOOL: blue, black and silver. Brand new 154.00

The reel: Daiwa saltist-LW 40HA High Speed with all the bells and whistles :IBCOOL:
Price New: 190.00 With 400 yards of FREE 65lb braided tuff line green. 38.oo value :IBCOOL:

= One sick setup :drool: I am pumped if you can't tell!

Going to be used for sturgeon and some big salmon :drool:

Anyone going out on the Columbia with a open seat? Need to test this girl out. I will be at my show from Monday the 7Th-13Th after that, I am ready to hit the water. If you have a open seat, I would be happy to chip in some gas money to get some FISH ON!

Got the same rod in a 6'6" 30-80 with a Shimano TLD for halibut. Great rod!
