Pounds and pounds of lead, just need the molds. I use 14 and 16oz sinkers on the Columbia and they are pretty spendy in the stores. We lose up to 10 per trip at times and I need to stock up.
Come on guys, someone has to know where to pick these up. I really don't want to have to make them.

Honestly I have never even checked. I love Cabelas but it seems like they have more stuff for midwest/east than they do for our area. The cheapest I have found them is Sportco and thats still expensive. I think Sportsmans wants $4.00/ea. or something like that.
Thanks Skinzner I will check them out for sure.

Those are great prices. I stopped by Sportsmans tonight just to check,
$5.25/ea.
I hope the place with the mold emails me back.

Let me check at work tomorrow. We very rarely lose leads down Sturgeon fishing, so I haven't had the need to buy the molds.

Robodad, I sent them an email but they have yet to reply.
Fishboy, I tried Jann's, it doesn't look like they have them in that size.
Antlershed, we sometimes fish a hole that is about 130' deep and has a rocky edge to one side, they get hung up at times. Last year I had one day that we boated 38 fish, had 2 that were oversize, and broke off 10 that we never saw. That was one hell of a day. Still, even buying them at $2.50/ea. it adds up. Most places sell them for much more, thats why I want to do my own.

Yeah, understandable. We fish an area that is about 110 feet deep but isn't as rocky. I checked today at work and we dont have any pyramid molds at all anymore.
