Anyone fire the Taurus 4510
« on: April 25, 2008, 10:05:12 PM »
A coworker of mine purchased one a month or so back as well as her husband. They both have given them a pretty good review. It's chambered to shoot either a .410/ 2.5" shotshell or .45.

I would think if you alternated your rounds, you could do some damage to a tweaker or a 4 legged critter (or a tweaker on all 4's) if you crossed paths in the woods.

Has anyone had any experience with one of these? I was thinking of a new .300 but maybe I'll reconsider and try to find one of these...   :dunno:

I think you could do about the same thing with a .44 mag loaded with birdshot and the cylinder wouldn't be as cumbersome.  I have a snake charmer chambered for .410/.45 LC great little grouser.

My uncle has one, and I packed it around while scouting last September.  We used it to shoot grouse.  Hands down, awesome gun.  I had been thinking about for months, but forgot about it.  Great, now i have to figure out a way to let the wife let me pick one up!  Argh.....
