I was thinking about how that must be,heck it intense without being anchored down..was this upper or lower

Upper..Thursday was dead. never even touched a fish. water level came back up for Friday. limits both Fri. an Sat. with the second fish 6-8lbs( hooked landed 4(kept 2 just to be clear)on Fri.left at noon and 2 on Sat. left river at 8:30AM to head home and dry out)

They put the new Shimano Stradic CI4 2500 to the test,and myself...nothing like sitting on a skate board fighting a fish. I like this reel...bought from Auburn Sport and Marine(good folks by the way)this year and had them spool it up with Izor 8lb Hi-Vis just for float fishing

8lb test! man I bet that was a fight I run 15lb mono and 20-30lb braided line. I don't  like to lose fish I finally lightend up my rods. I like the meat sticks, I just picked up 2 lamiglas rods the higher end ones . Now we got some fightin to do. My old steelhead rod was a 7' ungly stick like 15-30 line rating
