hand call or electronic
« on: May 19, 2008, 06:56:33 PM »
Curious what is everyones preference, or which has worked best for you :dunno:  I've had a coyote come within arms reach with a hand call, and had a bobcat sneek by at under 20 yards last weekend with an electronic :o  That was kinda cool.  Finding peels in the Capital finally.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

I use hand calls....I think something is lost using an electronic call...but that is just me and my own opinion. Nothing against those who do use em.

I prefer a hand call, but I have been using my ecall alot lately. If I could get recordings of my hand calling on my ecall I would be in hog heaven.

I think for cold calling an ecaller would be nice since you have constant sound for long durations.  By the end of a weekend my throat is pretty sore and my lips chapped from using a hand call.
Dreams are forever on the mind, realization in the hands.

Early into bear season I call so much that my diaphram hurts.
