It was shot in 448 unit.  I didn't even plan on hunting that day went out to help a friend and his wife recover a doe that she hit that morning.   The doe was hit low in the front leg and never recovered  .  After searching the afternoon we split up and started doing circles in are search when I jumped this Buck.  I took a long shot and down he went after a little run.

Awesome buck! love the heavy antlers! I truely appreciate how tough it is to get a buck like that! Especially with a bow! It seems like every story about a good blackie involves a little luck. Just goes to show that you have to get out as much as possible and hope there is a little luck on your side that day! Great job man!
