I can't believe this weather :bash: . I might head out for the evening if it clears up a bit. Can't see a bear sitting at home :chuckle:

What I should have said was, I am going to head out after I take the kid and get the mother's day present! I was trying to blame it on the weather  :chuckle:

Did you say before that you would be bowhunting,if so do you call bears in to bow range or do you spot and stalk them.

When I lived in Graham, Champion used to feed the bears in the worst areas where they tore up the trees. They would tell you where that was ate because they wanted dead bears and living trees. It's probably changed I bet.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I have called but never any luck, I have always just spotted and then stalked. Never have used a tree stand, I gotta keep moving and covering land. Some of my best bears have just been the luck of walking up on them. If your going to be bow hunting make sure your you have a good shot! I made the mistake of hitting alittle high on one at approx. 12 yards, ( Not a happy bear ) luckly for me he gave me another chance. Good luck on your hunt.
